Help EEAST meet their patients’ unmet needs
There are times when patients need additional support, whether it’s tackling loneliness, finding a support group, or requiring non-clinical care.
The great news is that thanks to funding from NHS Charities Together, EEAST now have two colleagues dedicated to signposting our patients to those wider community support pathways.
But they need your help to tell us what services are available.
If you work for a local authority, in social care, or for a voluntary sector organisation then we’d love you to join us for a virtual event on Thursday 8th September and tell us how the services you offer could benefit patients with unmet needs.
EEAST will be holding two sessions on 8th September, the first 11.30am-12.30pm and the second 2.30-3.30pm. Both events will be held via Teams.
