Be Human Kind are a new charity aiming to help with social isolation and loneliness by providing a welcoming and safe space for all. They currently run pop-up sessions on Wednesday mornings in the Reading rooms, Billericay, and early next year will open their own community space / café in Billericay High Street.

Serving plant-based meals and snacks based on the ‘pay it forward’ concept, with customers having the opportunity to pass on someone else’s good deed to the next customer, creating a ripple effect of spreading joy and creating a sense of community.

As they get closer to opening their new space they are looking to recruit a Café Manager and chefs. For these roles they are looking for people who are passionate about their cause, with previous experience in a similar role and also for the café manager, knowledge of charity / volunteer management would be ideal.
