Basildon Emergency Night Shelter (BENS) are recruiting 

We are recruiting for the staff team for the BENS project. We are seeking:

• BENS Project Coordinator (Part time 20 hours per week)
• BENS Project Administrator (Part time 10 hours per week)
• Night Staff People Awake (Working 7 hour night shifts)

The team will ensure the smooth running of the Basildon Emergency Night Shelter provision in Basildon operational from November 2019 until 31 March 2020.

You will inherit established venues with a history of delivery and a supportive project steering group. You will therefore be building upon the success of previous years.

Last year the scheme provided support to nearly 100 rough sleepers and homeless guests. This provision was supported by a team of 170 volunteers who provided support during the night sessions.
